For reservations made with a Flexible Rate, you can cancel at no cost up to 48 hours before your arrival. If cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the full booking amount will be charged. If you chose a Non-Refundable Rate, the full amount is charged upon booking and unfortunately cannot be refunded. You can manage cancellations through your booking account if booked flexibly.
